Refund policy

We truly want you to enjoy and love your piece of jewelry. Please, note that we have an individual approach to any issues and open for discussion and better solution for both sides.

Ready to ship items: If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may request a return. All the items must be returned within 5 days of the customer receiving their item. Refund will be issued after we receive the item and may take about 3 business days to process.

Custom Orders / Made-to-Order / Personalized Items: Final sale and not accepted for returns.

Since each piece is individually handcrafted to order we don't accept returns. But we want to make sure, you are satisfied with your purchase and If there is anything wrong with the craftsmanship , the item is damaged or has any defects, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

We give one year warranty for all the pieces and will be glad to repair, polish and clean, resize or replace side stones. We don't cover loss or strong damage of the central stone but will offer a fair price to have it replaced. Warranty is void if a piece of jewelry is worked on by another jeweler. We reserve the right to decline any unreasonable repair request.

If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 5 hours of when you placed the order. All the pieces are custom made and once production begins they cannot be cancelled without incurring a restocking fee of 30%.

You are fully responsible for the value and condition of the item, while you possess it. You are fully responsible if a pice of jewelry  was damaged, chipped, scratched, recut or have any other changes.

All returns must be made only by insured registered postal services.Return postage and insurance must be paid by the customer.

All transactions are subjected to Arizona and US Law. The USA is the place of jurisdiction for both.
